“We believe that by assisting M28 Ministry in creating an organized warehouse, we free the pastors to focus on what they do best—mentoring and life-coaching,” said Susan and Ray Ancypowic. “This enables them to dedicate their time and energy to guiding individuals towards a more fulfilling path in life.”
CELEBRATE OUR COMMUNITY CHAMPIONS.
Meet Susan and Ray Ancypowic, a dynamic duo who have become indispensable to M28 Ministry. Their journey with us began during a volunteer night we hosted in 2022, where they discovered M28 needed their organization skills at the House2Home warehouse.
THEIR COMMITMENT TO SERVICE.
Susan, with her exceptional knack for organization, and Ray, providing the muscle for heavy lifting, have been the backbone of our warehouse operations for the past three years. Every week, they meticulously sort and arrange the various donations we receive, ensuring everything is in its rightful place.
Their commitment to service is deeply rooted in their personal experiences. Having been active in the recovery community for over 11 years, Susan and Ray have firsthand knowledge of the challenges of addiction and the triumphs of recovery. This personal connection fuels their dedication to M28 Ministry, where they find fulfillment in contributing to a cause that aligns with their values.
INSPIRING OTHERS THROUGH ACTION.
“The work we do in the warehouse is a heartfelt devotion because we feel the organization’s mission is vital work for our community. M28 has helped so many people,” said Susan and Ray. “We come from families where addiction profoundly affected our loved ones. We are trying to pay it forward as best we can.”
Susan and Ray are not just volunteers; they are the heart of our warehouse team. They are always looking for more hands to help and more quality donations to support our mission. Their unwavering support helps drive forward Executive Director Jimmy Schambach and Director Emeritus Pastor Jim Schambach’s vision for our community.
“Ray and Sue have been absolutely invaluable to us at M28 and our House2Home Project, said M28 Executive Director Jimmy Schambach. Their unwavering care, dedication, and meticulous planning have transformed our H2H warehouse into the well-oiled operation it is today. We truly couldn’t do it without them!”
We are incredibly grateful for Susan and Ray’s dedication and hard work. Their story is a testament to the power of community and the impact that passionate volunteers can make. Thank you, Susan and Ray, for being integral to M28 Ministry!
